Despite the probably Horror flick-influenced fact that the "Eye Polish" in PUR Eye Polish foam shadow makes me think of somebody spit-shining my eyeballs, these $26 cream shadows aren't sinister at all.

They're actually pretty darned rad!

The PUR Eye Polishes ($26 each)

I mentioned one of of the shades, shimmery, smoky gold olive Caviar in my gold and olive Fall-Tastic Face of the Day concluding week. Caviar is 1 of the six shades, all of which work great every bit bases, as primers for powder shadows or all by their lonesome every bit traditional cream shadows.

And, yes, I propose keeping yo' digits on hand (HAHAHA, LAME PUN Alert!), considering the silicone applicator they come with? — nigh useless. The few times I used it, the product went on patchy and uneven.

I much prefer to pat a niggling on my lids with a finger (they're SUPER pigmented), and and then apply a fluffy domed eyeshadow brush similar the MAC 217 to Apace blur the edges.

Um…did I say rapidly?

Because I should take.

I should likewise say it again: Rapidly. Considering these gear up in seconds. Literally. Like 30-forty of them, and then act fast. No dilly-dallying. When I sit downwardly to use these, I e'er have my brush at the ready.

Applied properly, these last at least eight or nine hours for me without a primer (and without creasing).

That's skillful stuff, homie. 🙂

As a notation for my mature makeup-lovin' ladies, since these are VERY shiny, y'all may want to proceed them low on your lids and avoid drawing them as well high upwards into the pucker, where they could emphasize fine lines. If y'all exercise accidentally bring them too far up and encounter a lot of fine-line activity, load your favorite domed brush with a coordinating matte, and sweep that ish into the crease.

But if you don't care about that and simply desire to get for information technology and take these up all the way from lash line to forehead bone, shoot, girl, go for that molten metallic marvelousness! I'1000 sure you'll expect pretty damn incredible.
